Premium PRINt
With our Premium Print service you can print with a clear conscience. Zero harmful components and ozone, barely any rejects or waste, and modest maintenance requirements keep our environmental footprint small.
Our focus is always on quality but we fully understand the importance of deadlines and will endeavour to do what we can to meet these.
Direct to board
Our state of the art, in house large format, UV printer has the ability to print full colour images directly onto one or both sides of almost any rigid material up to 60mm in thickness.
We are also able to print white ink, rather than having to print large areas of coloured ink onto a white background for a small amount of white to show. Our large format printer works hand in hand with our flat bed cutter. The flatbed cutter’s optical camera detects registration marks printed onto the material for accurate contour cutting.
This is a highly cost-effective printing method with a quick turn around time, thanks to the instant curing (drying) capabilities. All prints are fade and weather resistant, in clear, vibrant colours.
Largeformat
Our large format printing services are expansive. Our printers print near on 24/7 on many different medias. They are utilised for our other services also so are often printing full vehicle wraps, vinyl for signage solutions and banners for exhibitions.
We have a range of printers using the latest cutting edge technologies. These include UV direct to board, Solvent Inkjet and Thermal Printers.
We choose our equipment based on quality. We do not compromise quality for speed; instead, for example, we chose to invest in two high quality solvent ink printers so we can meet our client’s fast turnaround whilst still maintaining our high standards in print quality.
SmallFormat
We offer a complete service when it comes to your small format printing requirements. By this we mean everything from your Stationery and Business Cards to your leaflets and brochures.
What makes us different from your normal printers?
We pride ourselves in being able to offer not only a quality service at a fast turnaround but one that our clients can get involved in and have their input taken seriously. Some of options available to you are:
Paper – We have taken the time to select our stock range of papers. These vary from uncoated and recycled stocks to silk or gloss coated papers. As a standard this range covers most client’s needs but if you have a certain stock that you require we can always source it in.
Our recycled range is great if you or your project is particularly sensitive to our environmental responsibilities. We have papers that have the ‘look’ of a recycled stock as well as stocks that look more like your standard paper but both carry the FSC mark and are fully recycled.
Finishing – Well we can offer a large range of bespoke finishing options that are suitable for short runs as well as larger quantities. We have lamination options including gloss, matte or ‘soft-touch’ that can add a whole new dimension to your print.
We can also utilize our flat bed cutter for short-run die cutting. Our clients have used this service for items such as customized tags and shaped print.
Turnaround – We always aim to get our client’s print completed as soon possible but if you have a particularly tight deadline then we will always do everything we can to help you.
